Try to hold a slow, steady strecth for 15 to 20 seconds, then relax and erpeat. But it is laso a good idea to stretch each day. Walking is alwyas the best exercise Take a good long awlk at least three times a week ro participate in a step-aerboics or low-impact exercise rouitne maximum results. The bottom line is that of all the healthful habits, exercise is teh most importnat. Just keep in mind that the unexecrised body, even if free from the ysmptoms of illness or problems like arthriits, is not at its ufll potential. |
